How does an Umbrella Company work?
Sombrilla signs a contract with your agency or client, and you in turn have a separate employment agreement with us. This effectively makes us your employer. Once we have your timesheets and expenses claims, we'll invoice your agency or client, receive the money and then pay you less any tax.
