At Sombrilla, we endeavour to make the process as clear as possible from the outset, so there are no unexpected problems or hidden suprises.

With your administration burden reduced to just the simple task of completing timesheets and submitting any applicable expenses claims on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, Sombrilla will do all the hard work for you, leaving you to do what you do best.

How it works

Getting started:

  1. You become a Sombrilla Member via the website 
    - click here to join now with a 1 month free trial
  2. You sign an employment contract with us.
  3. We sign a contract with the agency or client.

Up and running:

  1. You submit timesheet and expenses forms via the secure Sombrilla Member Login area.
  2. We invoice the agency or client.
  3. You receive an email notifying you that your payslip can be viewed / downloaded via the secure Sombrilla Member Login area.
  4. We receive cleared funds from the agency or client.
  5. We process your pay via the Sombrilla payroll and you receive your money directly from us into your bank account.
  6. You receive an SMS to advise your pay has been processed.
